Search Configuration
Using the Omnichannel Personalization dashboard, retailers control which attributes to index and how that index can be used to affect the customer's search. By controlling the product attributes, you can control how the search engine retrieves results for a search term. The personalization on search impact the ranking of products. The administrator can choose what aspects of a customer's behavior influence the ranking of search results. For example, you can specify that the brands that customer views or purchases from should have more weight in determining what products to show.
To access the Search Configuration page, on the Personalization Platform dashboard, go to Search | Browse > Search Configuration.
