Optimize Engage Campaigns
Overview
Once campaigns have been created, the retailer can help Engage to choose which content it shows by setting optimization metrics.
Optimize Campaigns
There are two different metrics that can be set to optimize the placements on the site.

On the Omnichannel Personalization dashboard, go to Content > Campaigns.
The Campaigns List page is displayed.

Click Optimizations.
The Campaign Page Optimization page is displayed with the list of existing placements.

To change the metric by which Engage optimizes the content, choose between Click Thru Rate and Revenue per Session from the 'Optimization metric', dropdown list for each placement on your site:

Click through rate: Favors content that is more likely to be clicked.

Revenue per session: Favors content that is more likely to raise the revenue per session.

Click Update.
