Segment Exporter Settings

Perform the following steps to apply the settings for Segment Export:

  1. On the Omnichannel Personalization dashboard, click Audience > Segment Export.

    The Segment Exporter page is displayed.

  2. Click the Settings tab to configure the destination FTP location

  3. Click the Email tab for email export settings and Mobile Notification tab for mobile notification export settings.

    Throttling Settings: Controls the number of times a user may be included in an export (for example, maximum once in every 7 Days).

    • FTP Server /FTP Folder: Host name (path can be specified as 127.0.0.1/path) of the FTP server.
    • SFTP: Select the checkbox if you want the connection to be over SSL.
    • Username: FTP username
    • Password: FTP password
    • Filename: Logic for how the export file name should be set, see the below list of available variables that can be used:

  4. Click Save.
