Find Search Terms Report
The Find Search Terms Report from the Omnichannel Personalization dashboard offers the retailer visibility into the performance of Find with regard to what terms are being searched frequently. Algonomy compiles the data from all Find enabled searches. This report provides the performance of the keywords with key KPIs such as Add to Cart Rate (ATC), Click Through Rate (CTR), Findability, Sales, and the most searched keywords.
To view the Find Search Terms Report:
On the Omnichannel Personalization Dashboard page, go to Reports > Find Search Terms Report.
The graphical visualization displays the top search terms (with most queries) and the respective KPI. This excludes the "*" as a search term from visualization, however it is available as part of the table.
The Find Search Terms report allows merchandisers to drill down into the performance data across several different metrics with filters that help them pinpoint exactly the information that they are looking for.
Note: Typically, metrics are arranged in descending order based on the key performance indicator (KPI). However, in case of Search Terms, sorting by KPIs such as Add to Cart Rate (ATC), Click Through Rate (CTR), and Findability may result in all 50 keywords having either the highest score of 100 or the lowest score of 0. As a result, it is common to see a list of all 50 keywords with either the highest or the lowest score. In order to avoid this, the sorting order is changed to ‘Number of Queries’. So, the top 50 keywords in the descending order of ‘Number of Queries’ is shown with the key KPIs as part of the visualization. The table (report detail) can show the sorted by each of the KPIs.
Filters
With all the Algonomy reports, the date range is the first option that can be adjusted. You can specify a custom date range by selecting start date and end date, or you can select from a list of presets, such as Week, Month, Quarter, and Year.
Metrics
Users can also choose between several metrics. Changing the chosen metric will immediately refresh the chart.
The following metrics can be selected for Find Search Terms Report:

Add To Cart Rate (ATC): Total number of add to carts from a search term/total queries.
Note: When a user searches and clicks on a product and then adds it to the cart at any point of time in the same day, it is considered as an add to cart through search.

Click Through Rate (CTR): Total clicks on any of the pages/total queries.

Findability: Clicks on the first page the query resulted for a keyword/total queries.

Number of Queries: The number of views with a search string (keyword).

Sales: Total value of quantities purchased after clicking on results and entering a search term.
Channel
The Channel filter allows you to drill down to specific ways your users are looking at and interacting with search. This affords you the opportunity to choose specific channels. The default settings available for channel are:

Select All: To select individual channels, clear this checkbox and select the channels to be analyzed.

Aggregate: Clear this checkbox to see each chosen channel plotted individually on the chart.
Currency
On sites that use more than one currency, the user can choose to see the data associated with that currency.
Region
The Region filter allows you to look at specific region.
Table
Table under the chart displays all the data available based on the date range and filter options selected across all the metrics. Click View Report Detail to view the table.
