Purchase Complete Page Best Practices

Overview

The objective of recommendations on the Purchase Complete Page is to pull the customer back into the purchase funnel.

  • Quantity:  1-2 placements
  • Location:  As high up on the page as possible. As the retailer has already secured the sale, recommendations should be one of the highest priority pieces of content on the page.
  • Strategies: Here, we cross-sell against the products just purchased with an understanding that, yes, this will create a recommendations experience similar to what was shown on the cart page.
