Real-time Analytics

Real-time Analytics allows the business user to see how their Algonomy Recommendations are performing in real time.

With Real-time Analytics, business user can see performance as it happens, in increments of the last 15 minutes to the last twelve hours, depending on which metric is looked at.

Making use of all the data that is provided through the product catalog and the user profile, Real-time Analytics brings information together to provide an intimate view of what customers are clicking on, viewing, and purchasing.

To view the Placements Report, on the Omnichannel Personalization dashboard, go to Reports > Real Time Analytics.

Products

The Products tab offers insight into the performance of the top products on the site. There are three metrics available: Rec Views, Purchases, and Clicks. To change the metric, click on the arrow at the right, then choose the metric from the dropdown.

Rec Clicks

When looking at Rec Clicks, there are 3 time frames available: 15, 30, and 60 minutes. The table below these selectable options offers the top products with a product image, name and item number, the price, brand, metrics, and the current trend.

Purchases

When looking at Purchases, there are a few more time frames available in addition to the 15, 30 and 60 minutes available for Rec Clicks. The additional time frames are 4 hours, 8 hours and 12 hours.

Clicks

When looking at Clicks, there are a few more time frames available in addition to the 15, 30 and 60 minutes available for Rec Clicks. The additional time frames are 4 hours, 8 hours and 12 hours.

Table

No matter which metric or time frame you choose to look at, the table provided includes the image, name, and Item # of each item, plus the price, brand, the total for the chosen metric and a trend line showing the current trend for the product.

People

On the People tab, you can view information about Rec Views and Purchases across several attributes and time frames.

To switch between metrics, change time frame or remove/add attributes, click on the arrow.
